New house I hope
Well this week has been pretty great so far .I found out that someone I knew was about to be foreclosed on .So I offered them a thousand more then they owed on there house to sell to me and they excepted .So it looks like I'm going to be buying a house. It's a 2 bedroom with a full basement and a garage .This means a lot for me because I have been using one of my friends houses for my projects .That means I don't have to leave my house now to go work on the car which means more time with family .Also when I'm done working for the day I can leave my tools sit and I don't have to worry about them walking off .Also I can now buy some of the larger tools I have wanted for awhile and just had no room for like a parts washer and a sandblasting cabinet but the main one is a huge air compressor .Well back to the subject at hand I should know more by the beginning of next week .I filled out all the paperwork today with the bank so the bank just has to do some deed work and a appraisal and it should all be mine by the end of next week .Then the always dreaded moving.

Well, Congrats! Hopefully everything works out that definately would help you with your mustang projects. Once all that is in order we should be seeing non stop posts about the progess of the stang :P.. Congrats!
ReplyDeleteThats pretty sweet that you have your own house. And like you said, being able to let your tools sit and not have to worry about where they went the next day, well that would be really nice. HA! I can't wait to get my own place, I just want to be able to depend on myself and not have to worry about everyone being up in my space all the time. Ha-ha. Hopefully this will help you progress on working on your car more too. I hope everything goes smoothly with the bank and it all works out for you!
